That’s right, Heim’s Disposal is expecting….to be using a new billing system as of July 1st! We have decided to use this new system in order to help streamline our quarterly and annual billings. This change is expected to take place this coming weekend (4th of July weekend) so that we can get your next quarterly billing out to you ASAP.
New Statement Look
The statements that are going to go out from now on are different than the ones we’ve used the past couple of billings. They will still be full paper bills (not postcards), they will just have a different look. If you click the link below you can see a sample of what the new bills will look like. You’ll notice the front has all the same information, just in a different format. If you scroll down to the back you can see that it provides you with a great amount of useful information.
Online Bill Pay
Our new billing system also allows us to offer a simple, more comprehensive online bill pay. Not only will you be able to pay your bill online, but you will be able to go into your account, view current and past invoices, sign up for autopay, and save payment information.
Not to mention one of the best features, paperless billing! We are trying to use less paper in our office and go greener with our billing by offering paperless e-bills. Once we get the system up and running you will be able to sign up for the e-billing system and select not to receive paper bills anymore. Its that simple!
We are really excited to be switching to this new billing system and being able to provide you with features to make your life easier when paying bills.
