Our 3 Cubic Yard Clean-Up bags are perfect for small projects, or projects that are going to take a long time to complete. Whether you’re cleaning out a room, remodeling a bathroom, or redoing a shed room, the Clean-Up Bag is the perfect fit.
15 Cubic Yard
15 Yard Roll-Off Containers are the number one choice for homeowners looking to clean-out and contractors doing light home remodeling work. Their smaller size make them easier to load, and creates more placement options on the job site.
30 Cubic Yard
When it comes to construction, demolition, full home remodels, estate clean-outs, and dense material disposal the 30 Yard Roll-Off is the way to go. It’s the most popular choice for many of the contractors and auctioneers we work with.
40 Cubic Yard
If there’s a big job, the 40 Yard Container is ready to work. Large construction and demolition jobs, municipal clean-up days, large building clean-outs, and other jobs with a high waste volumes are exactly what the 40 Yard was built for.
3 Cubic Yard Clean-Up Bag
Our 3 Cubic Yard Clean-Up bags were built with small projects in mind. We found that, often, a 15 cubic yard container was too large for many small home projects. So, we put together another service option for those small jobs. Whether your a DIY master, or a contractor, these bags are great for small remodeling and roofing jobs, and small clean-outs.

A full instruction video is coming soon, but in short:
- Unfold the bag and step inside it.
- Pick and corner and place your toe on the inside and pull up on the sidewall of the bag.
- Place your hand about half way down the outside of the sidewall and fold the bag over the corner.
- Repeat at all four corners and crease the sidewall to make it stable.
- The sidewall should now be folded in half to the outside at all four corners.
- Fold the sides out to match the corners and pull the bag tight in all directions (this part is nice to have two people).
- As you fill the bag raise the sides by unfolding them until they’re at full height and the bag is loaded level with the top.

40 Cubic Yard Container
40 Yard Roll-Off Containers are the maximum sized roll-off container we carry. They’re great for large demolition and construction jobs where a machine can be used to load the container. With the sides of the container measuring around 7 feet, they’re not the most convenient to load by hand. However, when it comes to a project where some machinery is involved they’re just the right size.
