Pre-Paid Bag Service

Pre-Paid Bags are a great service for single office businesses who produce the equivalent one 33 gallon bag of garbage per week, or less. If your garbage bag isn’t full, and you decide not to put it out, then you’re not paying for garbage you didn’t throw away. Basically, our pre-paid bags allow you to pay by the bag in advance, then use the bags as you need them. With one small, annual service fee, and our 33 gallon pre-paid bags purchased as you need them, it’s simple, convenient, and affordable.

How do I purchase Pre-Paid Bags?

You can purchase Pre-Paid Bags at our office 24/7, at Angie’s Market in Trevorton, or you can call and order them to have them delivered on your next pick-up day. 

How much can these bags hold?

Our Pre-Paid Bags are 33 gallons and can safely hold up to 40 pounds of waste. 

What if I don't fill a bag every week?

That’s the beauty of the Pre-Paid Bag Service! If you’re not filling the bag every week you don’t have to put it out. Because you purchase the bags up front you can use them as you need them. Essentially, you’re not “spending” the bag.

Flat Rate Service

Our Quarterly Flat Rate Service works really well for businesses who have a similar waste flow to a small household. Typical office waste, like paper waste, food scraps, and similar materials are all covered under one flat rate. Your waste is picked up weekly, and you get to use the trashcans and trash bags that are most convenient for your business.

How many bags can I put out?

There are hundreds of different trash bags out there. Some big, some small, some weak and some strong. So, we don’t count the “number of bags” necessarily. We look more to the content of the waste than anything. As long as it’s typical household waste, not overweight, and not so much that it warrants the use of a Tipper Cart then you’re good to go. 

Can I use my own trash can?

Certainly! In fact, we encourage it. Trash cans make lifting multiple bag stops quicker and easier, plus they keep the animals out. We recommend a standard Rubbermaid trash can with a removable lid.

What's not included in this rate?

Bulk items, bulk trash, dense materials like kitty litter and yard waste, and construction debris are not included.

95 Gallon Tipper Cart Service

Our Tipper cart service offers approximately half of a cubic yard of space per cart for weekly pick-up. They’re great for locations that do not generate enough waste to warrant a larger dumpster. You can keep them just outside the office, bring them inside, get multiple to put around a workshop, or garage, whatever set up you need. The carts give you a versatile way to outfit your location with easy to maneuver, heavy duty waste receptacles that keep the trash in, and the water and critters out.

What can I put in the Tipper Cart?

General office trash, most shop waste, farm waste, and household style waste are all able to go in. Construction debris is not and prohibited items/material is not. We ask that you avoid excessive amounts of dense materials like kitty litter, yard waste, burn ash, and oil dry as it will make the cart over weight. 

How often is pick-up?

Pick-Up is weekly for all residential services. 

What if I need more than one cart?

If you find that you’re generating more than one cart’s worth of trash on a weekly basis we can add another cart.

Here is a brief list of the main things:

How often is pick-up?

Pick-Up is weekly. In some cases, we may offer pick-up multiple times per week if space restrictions keep us from putting an appropriate sized container for the waste flow on-site. We Do Not offer any pick-up frequency less than once per week. 

What are the different dumpster dimensions?
  • 1 yard: Approx. (2ft. x 5ft. x 3ft.)
  • 2 yard: Approx. (3.5ft. x 5.5ft. x 4ft.) or (4.5ft. x 5.5ft. x 3.5ft.)
  • 3 yard: Approx. (6.5ft. x 5.5ft. x 3ft.)
  • 4 yard: Approx. (7.5ft. x 5.5ft. x 4ft.)
  • 6 yard: Approx. (10ft. x 5.5ft. x 4ft.)
  • 8 yard: Approx. (12ft. x 5.5ft. x 4ft.)

All Dimensions (Length x Width x Height) are approximate and vary dumpster to dumpster. Length and Width are measured from the outside and at the top of the dumpster. The height is measured from the top of the dumpster to the bottom of the container area (not the ground).

Important Info

Container placement and accessibility

All rearload dumpsters and roll-off containers must be placed in a location that our truck can easily access them. The area in front of the container must be kept open and unblocked and a walk-able space must be kept the whole way around the dumpster. 

What to do with Bulk Items

We are happy to dispose of bulk items for our residential customers! Generally, we can pick up most bulk items on route with your weekly pick-up for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the weight and size of the item. That being said, we do ask that all customers call to notify us that they will be putting the bulk item out prior to their pick-up day. 

What to do with electronics

We cannot take electronics!! If they are found in your waste they will be left on site. We understand this is an inconvenience, however it’s not our rule. The State ruled that all tech electronics, such as TVs, computers, and anything that would connect to either (peripherals) must be recycled. There are few places left to recycle electronics, such as the Dauphin County Recycling Center in Harrisburg, and the Lycoming County Landfill in Allenwood.
