Online Bill Pay Update 1
Now that the new Online Bill Pay is up and running we have become aware of a few issues. We are working closely with the company who created the system to get everything figured out as quickly as possible. However, for the time being only residential and commercial, quarterly billed customers will be able to access the Online Bill Pay system.
Roll-Off Customers
To our Roll-Off customers, you will not be able to access the Online Bill Pay system yet. Payments will have to be made via check, cash, or over the phone. We are working on configuring a way to accept your payments online cialis 5 prix. We will give an update when that configuration is complete.
Extra Billings
Another issue we are working on is finding a way to make extra charges available to pay online. Currently, we bill all extra charges in house, which means they will not show up on the Online Bill Pay system. We are working with the billing company to find a way to upload these charges to your online account so that you can access them and pay them online with your normal billing.
Lastly, thank you all for your patience as we go through this transition. Change is not always easy or smooth, however it is necessary. We are working hard to solve these issues ASAP. In the end we hope that you find the new Online Bill Pay and the new statement designs useful, intuitive, and convenient.
