As of June 1st we will be updating our rates!!

We’ve come to realize that a per-bag per-week charge and tipper cart rates can get rather confusing, not only for you, the customer, but for us in the office as well. With so many different options it can get rather overwhelming when signing up for garbage service pick up, and that’s not how it should be at all.

So, how can we fix this problem? Well, we decided to get rid of per-bag charges and tipper cart rates and design a new, simpler rate system based on the average weight of waste per-customer. This system allowed us to narrow our rate options down to two basic categories: 1. Non-Pre-Paid service and 2. Pre-Paid Bag service. The actual rate will vary depending on your location, but we have that system figured out so you don’t have to worry about it!

Pretty simple right? The last, and one of the most awesome parts of our new rate plan is that you can add a tipper cart to any of the new rate options for just one small additional monthly charge. We’re basically renting these tipper carts out for nearly nothing! We know how convenient they are for the customer and our drivers, so we just want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to have access to them!

We are really excited to introduce our new rate plan. It’s faster, simpler, and easy to understand, as well as much more convenient for everyone involved. Again, these new rates will become available June 1st! Spread the word and call next week to get the new rate pricing and further details!

Notice-Existing customers will remain on their current rate plan unless they notify us that they would like to update their plan to the new system. We will not update any existing customer’s plan without the customer’s request!
