We just wanted to throw a little update your way! There is some important things in here so please give it a look.
Lately, we have been going through a lot of change. Some of the changes happening are: updating routes to be more efficient and timely for our drivers, training new drivers, and changing our office computer system and office practices to better serve our customers. Earlier this summer we changed our rate options for new customers, fully initiated our new truck to run five days a week, and created an online payment method for customers to pay their bills. And these are just the big changes that are taking place.
However, with change comes growing pains and a learning curve. With new drivers being trained on the routes and routes being changed you can expect your “normal” pick up time to change or vary from week to week until the route is fully adjusted and the drivers are fully trained. Please, to avoid having your stop missed, put your trash out the night before. If you have a problem with animals getting in your trash at night, please use a trash can or contact us for rates on our tipper cart service.
In the office we are in the process of changing our system to better serve you, and also to keep ourselves more organized. This new system we are working on is going to take time to learn and adjust to, but in the long run it will allow us to help answer your questions faster and provide you with the best customer service experience possible.
