Because the customer is always right, we want to make sure the customer is also always informed. We are always trying to find new ways to reach our customers, get their feedback, and make sure we stay connected with the customer’s needs. As you’ve probably noticed, we recently got a website and a Facebook page, but we have a number of other ideas we would like to initiate within the next few months to help keep you up to date as well.
We are in the process of rolling out a lot of new services and going through many driver and route changes. We understand that this could create some confusion with our customers, so as the dust settles from this time of change with us we would like to make sure that you, the customer, are informed as to what’s going on.
Some ideas we have to better communicate with and serve our customers are:
- a monthly newsletter via print/email/online
- online price quotes
- online ordering of roll-off boxes
- online bill payments
- a new residential tipper cart service
- e-Waste (TVs, computers, other electronics) collection
- automated answering machine
Change is a great thing and we are really excited to be going through so many changes.
